CURRENT MISSION

My mission for traveling is to see new places that I never thought I would ever go to... and eat delicious foods.

ABOUT ME

In a general sense: I enjoy the world at my own pace, which I think is a little slower than most people. I enjoy walking places, taking trains, noticing details. I enjoy food, simple fresh ingredients, and Coca Cola. I like to get a lot of sleep, so that I can be prepared with enough energy for the day. I like being in natural places, being outside to play, being in places with trees and grass and other plants.

In a specific sense: I am from California, but now I am living in Spain as an English teaching assistant in a school. Since I am in another part of the world temporarily I intend to explore as much as possible before I go home.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am living in Spain in someone else's house, so I can't offer a couch yet. I intend on participating as a grateful, pleasant, and respectful couchsurfer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couchsurfed through this website, but I have definitely slept on a few couches at friend's houses and in guest rooms/mattresses on the floor in California and in Spain. I am amazed at people's hospitality and willingness to share their space.
