Currenly I realize one of my dreams and restore an old Farminghouse in the middle of the Bavarian nowhere. I did a lot of traveling in my life, most times just with a backpack and a sleeping bag on my way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

when I was younger, I spent almost a year traveling around in Canada and Alaska. Most time just hitchhiking, but I also bought me a horse and rode in the Rocky Mountains, went with a canoe down the Pelly and the Yukon River and spent some time with a couple of gold miners in the Yukon Territory.
2012 again I made a great Canoe trip for nearly 1000 miles on the Big Salmon and the Yukon River almost up to the Arctic circle in Alaska.

I am skilled as a carpenter, studied a couple of years physics and work now as a freelancing information scientist.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A beautiful scenery with a great view to the Alpes. Living outside of any village (next neighbor is half a mile away). A lot of space in and around the house. A nice 3 year-old dog and two young cats.
