ABOUT ME

I've spent my whole childhood in Nova Scotia and into my twenties. I really love it here. Over the past several years I have been travelling and living abroad through the winter months. Lately, from mid may until mid October I live in nova Scotia and work.

I love nature and art. Love going to festivals! I enjoy the sun and the sky, the beach and the forest. Camping, hiking, swimming, dancing, wine, beer, good food, friends and family are all an important part of my life.

I like to enjoy life, living in the moment and taking notice of the smaller things happening all around us. Meditation is a part of my routine. I have a silly sense of humour yet I have a quiet, serious side as well. I find it exciting the way people's individual energy can be passed along from person to person. Even through the most minute acts. The same energy you can find from the earth.

I've couchsurfed and met couchsurfers in different countries.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined the CS project as an outlet for connecting with people while travelling. I think it's a great resourse for myself and all travellers! I've met many friends in my own city through the site as well!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in France, Italy, and Central America. I have become part of the local Halifax couchsurfing community. Always meeting new friends through this very cool movement! Have not done much hosting as of yet.

Interessi

Art: painting, ceramics, sculture, music, dance. Coffee, hearty breads, veggies and fruit!
I love being outdoors and being active. I like yoga and meditation, I like to laugh and spend time with awesome people. Hula hooping, laying in hammocks, body painting, body contact, I have lots of interests, just ask :)
