An introspective old soul. Also a bit of an iceberg personality. In the sense of "90% below the surface", not in the frigid and ship-sinking sense. Curious, occasionally funny, quiet (except when I'm not), eclectic, and an adventurer who loves coming home.

Interests

Dancing to Nina Simone on a dusty rooftop.
Jagged and sentimental and wacky human beings. Myself included.
Totally losing the trail and bushwhacking through the forest.
Belly laughter (best served snorting), using big words (often mispronounced) and finding the intersections between philosophy, imagination, reality and grace.

Being a Canadian - yes, I've been dog-sledding and made maple syrup and chopped down a tree and eaten moose meat. No, I do not live in an igloo, or even a log cabin. Yes, I am polite. No, I do not abuse the word "eh" (with exceptions).
