CURRENT MISSION

Friendship is alot like baking a cake. You put alot of work into it, and sometimes it doesn't turn out the way you thought it would, but it still tastes good.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Denver grew up in the same house all my life. Have a mom named Kathy a dad named Tom and a brother named Wylie. My first pet was a red eared slider turtle named Speeder who is twenty years old now. I had a white lab named Tully who i named myself out of a baby book, his name was an irish name of some sort. I also had a one eyed dog named Hercules, he had one eye because he got on the nerve of the wrong dog and got it poked out accidentally. I am ambidextrous. I dislike spiders and have a fear of heights, although I meet my fear of heights more often than not. I've played soccer since i was 4 and it is one of my loves. My tennis team got third in the region when I was in 8th grade. I love soccer more than tennis and decided to play soccer in high school instead of tennis which both were in the same season. I live in a place where alot of people go snowboarding except my family rarely went which was fine with me as i have just as much fun making snowmen as snowboarding. My favorite color is red. My mom worked at a bookstore as I grew up and her employment there paved the way for a true love for books and the imagination they cultivate in the ones that read them. My favorite book/series is Harry Potter. I have been called a "closet reader" by one of my friends as I don't seem to be the type to love reading based on the sports I play. There is so much more to say, but I will finish by saying this is but the first letter in the sentence that begins who i am.

I don't think about my personal philosophy, my heart beats therefore my body is able to move and my mind is able to think

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To create new friendships and be a student learning others culture and language.

I have surfed in Costa Rica with an American named Sean Kelly teaching English.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Costa Rica in March of 2010 for 5 days
Paris in December of 2014 for one week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A squirrel fell of a wire, hurt itself, then picked itself back up and climbed up again, a baby bird just born hurt by my dog and dying in the same night, myself breaking my left leg and dislocating my ankle at the same time playing indoor soccer three days before a tournament in Houston, Texas, Every girl who I've kissed or wanted to, a bicyclist breaking his arm after going of a curb and having his front wheel break, a ambulance get hit by a drunk driver, almost losing one of my front teeth and the one next to it in baseball and actually thinking they weren't in my mouth. Partying, dancing, trying to sing, reading Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia and seeing the Lord of the Rings, going to Mexico, going to school, learning how to ride a bike, how to do a backflip, learning to multiply, getting a Charizard card, every moment i spend with my my mom, my brother, my dogs, and every second I had with my dad.

Teach, Learn, Share

People who do things better than myself or who do things that I haven't tried or haven't done often. Examples of this would be dancing(ballet,bboying,new style,etc.) sports (basketball, snowboarding, skiing, gymnastics, surfing) People who make me want to emulate them and what they do be it in a physical way or otherwise.
