ABOUT ME

I come from Wroclaw, Poland and currently I live in Norwich, UK, together with my CS-met boyfriend Paul, who had to move here all the way from Australia. And it happened! :)
Before in 2011/2012 I studied New Media in Amsterdam and the year there was just great.

I joined CS in 2009 and I used to be pretty active for a few years. Not so much recently, but we are going to Italy soon, so new CS exposures are welcome!

I'm also active, I love to be involved, to see things happening! As an observer, I enjoy keeping my eyes open at all times. Sometimes it is best to go with the flow and that's why I like being influenced by things I experience and people I meet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host and surf myself and I still occasionally do so but nowadays I attend more big and small CS meetings or parties, both when I travel and when I don't. Anywhere I go, I try to always interact with CS community. Why? Well... we all know CSers are simply the best! It never goes wrong. Thanks to CS, I met bunch of fantastic people - my dear friends from different locations and I'm more than grateful for that.
So how do I participate? Currently I live in a little so called "apartment" (in a shipping container, oh yeah, how cool is this) and I don't have perfect conditions for hosting, unless on bare floor. Becuase I'm still setteling here, this might change and I may be able to host again.

P.S. If you are about to send me any type of CS request or e-mail, please use to word "trampoline" somewhere, so I know you were bothered to get to know something abt me and read my profile. Let's keep it real!

** Oh and many people think this website is or may be "date-surfing", "bed-surfing", you name it. I, however, prefer to stick to the classical rules (!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing: Stockholm, Madrid, Amsterdam, Gold Coast

Two New Years Eve CS parties: Barcelona 2010 and Amsterdam 2012.

In July/August 2010 I hosted a surfer from far Australia for aprox 1 month. And it was great! And then after couple of months he took me for a 2 week ship cruise around New Zealand and guess what? That was great, too!

Hosting, coffee/drinks/parties, CS meetings: Wroclaw, Gold Coast (Australia), St. Petersburg, Amsterdam.

Interests

I am particularly interested in enjoying life! Apart of that, there are things I like in general and these include:

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, especially live music, music festivals and new, fresh tracks, that are different that what you heard before.
To name favourite styles.... I'm not very stable in this respect, but for sure there are few top artists that I love and respect more then others. However, everything depends on situation, mood, company and amount of alcohol in my blood. I don't like music from 80's!

I am in the middle of the complicated process of choosing my fav films and books. List is to be published one day.
