ABOUT ME
Travel broadens the mind so I combined business with pleasure and work in tour operator's office.
I studied international relations at Cracow University of Economics and business at University Jean Moulin III in Lyon, France.
Lived near Modena, Italy for 2,5 months and in Killarney, Ireland for one year - loved (and still do) both countries.
MY PHILOSOPHY
Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
to host and to be hosted, making friends with nice people out there, CS meetings as well from time to time
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS meetings in Kraków (highly recommended),
I surfed in France, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel so far but I truly hope to experience it way more often!
Unfortunately cannot host at the moment, hopefully it will change in the future!
I like hanging out and showing the city to the travellers as well as helping in any other way.
Interests
Travelling of course! I just love it, but so most of people do I suppose. It's addictive! The more you travel, the more you want to see. I also like discovering traditions of places I visit: food, architecture, art as each place is different and has its own story to tell. My other hobby is fashion, especially if it's enriched and inspired by local influences, design, singing, swimming n chillin', cycling, jogging, mountain hiking, car driving and simply enjoying life.

Music, Movies, and Books
The movies I like to watch represent many various genres so it's hard to indicate the favourite one: Intouchables, The Shawshank Redemption, The Doors ('91), Easy Rider, Pirates of the Caribbean (all 4), The Pianist, Malena (IT), Shutter, Sweeney Todd...
Special place for Polish comedies: Kariera Nikosia Dyzmy, Sami Swoi, Jak rozpetalem II wojne swiatowa, Alternatywy 4
The books I like reading mostly, are these including somehow the theme of travel (On the Road, The Call of the Wild), memories (Taking Woodstock), journals (Into The Thin Air, Into The Wild), travel writing/non-fiction (Polish authors R. Kapuscinski, J. Palkiewicz, M. Wojciechowska), autobigraphies - they are rich source of inspiration and affect my imagination. Also thrillers, techno-thrillers and adventures (e.g. Jurassic Park 1,2)
music: wide and varied but mostely different types of rock (from claasic pieces of The Beatles to folk rock, Mumford & Sons).
I'm getting more and more interested in jazz, as sax is, next to violin my favourite instrument ;) also world music and most of film scores
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
it might probably be walking over 200 km in one week when I was 13.
Teach, Learn, Share
I may teach you one of the most difficult (in my opinion) languages in the world, which is my first - Polish.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't do mess and always keep things in order, I can offer help with stuff.
