Overview
About Me
Ok, just a small set of random things about me: I'm generally positive and easy going, probably a bit too talkative but that's ok from my perspective. I'm working at the University of Coimbra as a researcher, I like football, Francesinhas and Bacalhau like any typical Portuguese. I'm quite open minded but curious about everything, so I'll probably ask a lot of questions about where you come from.
I've traveled a bit to different places in the world, and I have met many people from different cultures which is great and I really like history topics so it's great when people tell me about their history. Yeah, I'm that kind of boring :P
I guess I have to add that I have a hard time not being honest hehe
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Although I signed in for Couchsurfing a loooong time ago I basically didn't use it for almost anything. I joined maybe when the hype was still high. Well, for all the normal reasons, I'm interested to meet people from other places.
And I really really can't host, I live in a studio which is too small to share comfortably.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music would be Lauryin Hill and many many ska bands, The doors, so much stuff. I'm pretty much into "anything boiler room" lately.
Fan of the "classics": Star Wars, Alien, Amélie, etc etc
Not much of a reader lately, although I'm trying to get back into it.. Almost all Jules Verne books have left me great memories (was I really there, under the sea?)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Really existential by this site. Can't really remember many amazing things, there are some that I am ironically amazed that I've done them hehe
Teach, Learn, Share
I love percussion drums, not playing any for some years but I still have it, so I can teach and share some nice drumming moments
Been into "missanga" necklaces lately, so tips about doing those would be great
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will show you around the city, I'm from Porto and I work for a while Coimbra, so those are my best locations. I did live in Lisbon for a while so I got some stories also. I can show the best EVER francisinha and NO it is not where your other friends told you.
Other than that, company, tricks and places with history and fun.
