Nur, Turkish by birth but born and grew up in Sicily. Always lived with a double culture idea: both the Italian and the Turkish one, which made me have this irresistible desire to learn, to compare, to get always more in every place I go, in every occasion.
Now, I am attending university in Modena (northern Italy), but I don't want that studying stops my interests. I love travelling and learning foreign languages, taking captures, creating memories (via photographs, video or writing) of the moments I live, places I see, people I meet, experiences I have.
I am enthusiastic and always trying to smile, to enjoy what is around me.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I do love travelling and that's one of the things that makes me happy the most. But couch surfing... I think it's something people should experience at least once in life. Knowing new people, share new experiences with strangers.. sharing your own culture with someone else is one of the best things to do to always learn something new.

Intereses

I love reading, writing, taking photographs, running, and I try to play the ukulele - unsuccessfully though.
Cooking: one of the best thing I can do and I always like sharing my recipes with people.

Something new for me: travelling solo in Italy for a Concert.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

We can speak in different languages, I can teach you Italian and Turkish, I can cook some good Italian food for you :) and I can even give you some of my best recipes.

We can share our cultures, share travel tips, try to play something and sing altogether (although I do not have a great voice, I enjoy karaoke and fun nights singing in front of a beer).
