ABOUT ME

I am a graduate student in history at Columbia University in New York, currently doing research for my nascent dissertation. Originally from Sarajevo, I have spent most of my life in the United States, but have traveled a bit in both the Balkans and Western Europe. Besides English and Bosnian, I am also conversationally fluent in Turkish and (optimistically) German, though the last of the four is pretty rusty.
