Intereses

I love trusting, the art of vulnerability, honesty, love, the moments i am fully present in the now & the art of gratitude and freedom of judgmental thoughts.

I also love; dancing, running, hiking, swimming, being in the water, with the water ! poetry, creativity, hitch-hiking, football, healthy food, Yoga, singing, directing of theatre Plays, great inspiring books, researching, the Atlas & World, random acts of kindness, random acts of randomness :), not planning anything, relationships between people, interesting, inspiring conversations, cultures, crafts and so much more.
I am very interested in how my relationship to myself is and how that effect and mirrors the relationships i have with other people and the world.
