Nurhan Demirel received her Bachelor's Degree from Marmara University, she has been working as a communication consultant at information sector. She has been involved with both content writing and scriptwriting, from the professional experience, she scriptwrited dark humor program RADAR aired in TRT 1 and Bravoo program aired in Kanal 1. Her writings have been published in Turkcell Blog, Media Markt's technology blog Media Trend, Kadinmag.net, uçuş Noktası, PCkoloji and Macline. Apart from these writings, her book "İlişkisi Yok" is about how the social media affects the relationships. A close follower of news about communication and technology, Demirel organized Turkey's first cyber security conference "LOCARD Global Cyber Security Summit".

Demirel carried out "PlayLab Turkey", an alternative technology school for kids along with Levent Karadağ. She has been still carrying out her works as a board member of Bilişim Muhabirleri Derneği, a member of USMED and with these works she has been supporting the non-governmental organizations
