Hi everyone! I’m Nuria, and I come from Madrid (Spain). I've been living in London since 2016 :) I'm a translator, but right now I'm working as a copyright assistant in a music publishing company (yeah, I know it sounds weird but I can explain what I do if you let me stay with you!!). I love music (who doesn’t?), literature and theatre, which is one of the – many – reasons why I moved to London. I’m also into video games, cooking and cycling (I’m easy to spot – the one who’s always pushing her bike going up a hill), and I have a long list of bands I want to see perform live.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Since I moved to London I've been looking forward to explore the country but, ugh, London is so expensive!! So I thought I'd give Couchsurfing a go as a way of both saving money and meeting people. Many friends recommended it to me, so why not?
I normally travel with my friend Monica, who also comes from Spain and is in a very similar situation: poor (just kidding) (but yeh, maybe a little bit).
We're friendly people who know how to cook nice stuff (Spanish cuisine guys!), love RuPaul, lots of different music, but we're also very independent - we like to spend time with new people, although we respect other people's space.
