ABOUT ME

I love going on for learning journeys and lots of adventures. Anything that boggles my mind with wonders of the earth, I'm in.

I'm not really a good photographer, so my photos do not justify the beauties of the places I've been to...which is kinda wasted. That's why I rather make a video log and writes journals of my trips hoping that it would do some justice.

Anyways, I'm just pretty easy going... You will certainly have no problem getting along with me.

So yeah, do not hesitate to send me a message if you would like me to show you around my country.....
I don't bite...well not hard anyway. :))

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One of the events that I participated in are the volunteering programs that a group of our surfers are organizing. Raising funds, collecting used clothes and old books to be donated to various orphanages in ASEAN countries.
I've covered Malaysia and Indonesia. And In the midst of being involved in orphanage projects in Thailand and Myanmar.

So away from the serious stuff...... I am a regular of the local CS scene in Singapore. U'll see me during weekly gatherings, or some dinner meeting, hikings, canoeing, events or parties. I am not much of a person that organizes events, as I lack of a certain quality of a leader..haha... So I'm just attending events that other people organizes...

But I do offer to bring surfers from other parts of the world to explore my country.... And this is the part that I am most excited about. Reason being that I love my freaken country and I just gotta share the love! Singapore is small in size, but oh boy it's not as small as you think.... There's lots of things going on and you just have to see it for yourself. And I'm here to help you... :))

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well......... Once I surfed in London, but the house was not really the place that I was meant to crashed. My host had moved to Sheffield which is further north from London city, but she was so nice in getting her brother to put us up at his place instead. And she took a few hours trip down to london to see us! (well she said she had some school thing to do, but I think she was just being humble)
That's not all, she and her brother invited me to join some of their good friends to have dinner at this really posh restaurant facing the cathedral...it was beautiful and I got a free dinner.......if you know what I mean..;).... Hahaha... But it's all good.

That English girl is a really good friend to me now, she had moved to Singapore and we are meeting up often.

兴趣

I love to dance... My most favorite thing in the world.

I like writing though. So I will write my travel stories and I hope to share it with people I love, and have nice things to teach my grand kids when I get old. Heh...

Music heals the soul. I would listen to it when I need to perk up. It really work wonders. :)

I read romantic novels sometimes, but I tend to get too carried away with fantasy.....

So I would regularly opt for biographies, Motivational books, travel diaries or those documentaries,

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have seen the midnight sun.... ;)

Interviewed villagers in Bosnia with regards to the war that happened in the early 90s. Every person have their own stories to tell, of how their husbands were killed, daughters were raped, bombings everywhere, as to why everyone is suffering from cancer.
Got about 30 stories recorded, and in the midst of writing a journal.

Another amazing thing seen: Men in Bosnia are the most gorgeous human being I had ever seen. Haha.
