ABOUT ME
I'm a dietitian and love working in progressive health care. When I'm not working I can be found doing yoga, playing with my sweet pup Bella, throwing frisbee outside or dreaming up the next adventure to propose to friends. I love to have a good time! I'm light-hearted and caring, and am up for almost anything with my open-minded nature.
Meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures is one of my absolute favorite things. I love trying new things, too. My latest adventure is tackling the mandy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted and surfed; but since being in Asheville have done much more meet-ups and grabbing dinner/drinks/activities with surfers coming through town rather than hosting; due to my unique living situations.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
It proves my point to skeptics that most people are good people. I've had nothing but amazing experiences through CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living with the Maori in New Zealand while meeting amazing people, eating amazing food, and seeing/experiencing all the country had to offer.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can make a mean diet plan and talk Yoga with you. Or discuss how we're going to save the earth and live in peace.
I'm currently tackling being a new doggie mama.
I love learning and experiencing, so anything you have to offer will probably strike my interest.
