ABOUT ME

I wrote an English language letter when I was 19 years old. I was dreaming of working in Hollywood movie industry. I wrote letters to many US studios saying "PLEASE HIRE ME!" Many of them had been returend without open. But only one letter from 20th century fox studio has been replied to me. Saying "Unfortuantely we are not hiring you now, but if you have a chance to come to LA, please visit us." That was a moment when I first get a passport, visa, and airticket. That was a moment my serious thoughts of living in the USA. I will talk about what happened later when we meet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One of my hobbies is clipping articles from old magazines. I was saving one article from Japanese GQ. And I found a word COUCH SURFING in the article. It was unfamiliar to me, so I searched Yahoo!(not google in Japan) and found about this place. I stucked in Tokyo since 2005 after I started working for domestic entertainment company. So my heart was pumping with joy again, thinking of traveling abroad again even if it is on the internet...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was such an ordinary Japanese girl who tried to be tidy and cute all the time. When I traveld to Paris and stayed with Ayako, I experienced many cultural difference. It is not a quite big things, but I was impressed by how Ayako kept her french bread in the cupboard with a clean cloth. I had all my money stolen by a gipsy kids in front of Opera and I spent a night in a phone booth. During such events, Ayako was kind enough to care about me and confort me. Those such experiences shaped me of myself today.

Interests

Love going flea markets, reading magazines, going to movies, reading new books, taking photos, cooking, shopping, writing, biking, swimming, chatting, working, traveling, sleeping, taking bathes, basically I do with much interests about every thing I do in my daily life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in the States for shooting of TV program, our car slipped down the cliff in a national park. But our car was hanging from a tree which was sticking out from the cliff so that we could climb up back to the road again. That was the moment I started thinking that my life might have been ended yesterday, so I should live this life from now on to be a help of other people.
