ABOUT ME

We are a half American (me)- half German (her)couple living in a small village in the state of Rheinland-Pfalz. We love to travel and meet new people. We love music, culture, art of all kinds, and visiting/meeting friends. I am a guitar teacher at a small music school and a travelling street artist, she is a self-employed odd-jobber and a yoga instructor, between the two of us, we have covered a lot of ground. The reasons we love, live, and thrive together are based on our mutual passions. Travel, discovery, and adventure. We love that stuff...:op

What I have learned in this world is that most people are good. Many just don't have enough information about other cultures, religions, and histories to really understand the world and to make proper judgements. Through reaching out and inviting others into our homes and our hearts, we promote greater understanding of one another, and therfore promote peace on Earth...:o)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I would have never made it as far as I have (seven years in Europe now) if not for the generosity of total strangers. I have many stories of help coming from unexpected places.
