ABOUT ME
I love to learn new skills, physical and not-physical.
I love to create useful objects. I carve wood, forge knives, "throw" pots, spin fiber. I love to cook and I love baking bread. I enjoy pretty much any creative process that lets me use both my brain and my hands.
I find joy in movement and music. I like to be active, and I love to run (sometimes barefoot), rock climb, and dance.
Community is very important to me. I lived in and/or helped start two co-ops in California, and I've learned a lot about what it takes to live gracefully with one other.
My friends know that the easiest way to cheer me up is by giving me a cup of hot chocolate and a bowl of ice cream.
