I hope to make some sort of impact on the world and in turn, let the world impact me. Life is an experience: lots of doors to open, and many things to do, feel and be. I like listening to and sharing stories- on a metro, on the side of the road, in another country, in another language, with open people, with different people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only one couch surfing experience- a friend and I stayed with Cyrus- an intelligent and adventurous man in Pittsburgh pursuing his Ph.D.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not the most amazing thing but funniest event that happened to me thus far-I got punched in the face by a homeless man while traveling on a matatu from Kampala to Jinja, Uganda. Nothing I did to provoke it but I think he was curious to see an Asian person and accidentally punched me when he meant to touch my face. Crazy.
