I am currently a phd student living in Cincinnati(actually now I am in Gothenburg, Sweden for 6 months). I genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people. My interests are split between lots of different things/activities. Music, science, outdoors, art. I play the piano, and enjoy listening to lots of music. I also like playing board games. I grew up always being outside so hiking, fishing, hunting, and sports(with the exception of basketball) are all things that I enjoy as well. Occasionally I find time to draw but it doesn't happen often, however I have a lot of appreciation for various kinds of art. Any time that I have the opportunity to travel I take it. Seeing new places and meeting new people are things that I look forward to most.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started couchsurfing while I was living in Nuremberg, Germany. I went on hikes with the group there and met up with people from the CS group frequently. I tried to show people around the city and take them on tours if they were visiting the city. I have many great friends from the nuremberg group and like to go back and visit as much as possible! Now I am staying in Gothenburg, Sweden for a little while and hope to meet some nice couchsurfers here!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Apart from my experiences in Nuremberg, I surfed in vienna and heidelberg and had AMAZING hosts both times! I was able to go hiking with my hosts both times and everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

Interests

I enjoy traveling, seeing new places and meeting new people. I like being outdoors hiking, hunting, fishing, playing soccer, playing board games. I also enjoy playing and listening to music.
