Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I am and will always want to be a person who is optimistic about other human beings. Share positive vibes with strangers just reassures you time by time that the world is not such a bad place at all.

Interests

* All kinds of music (I love to discover new music through out the new people I meet while traveling.
* Eating. The more the better! I really enjoy unusual dishes. Food I've never tried before or just a plain old chocolate cake, I'll accept it with open arms!
* As much as I love music, I love dancing even more. You can find me dancing in the kitchen, on the sand of the beach, barefoot on the spring grass, aaaanywhere there's an opportunity !
* Nature and its beautiful sight. Relaxing on a mountain with a pretty view after you've walked up the mountain always make me feel satisfied and complete :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are a few amusing stories, but there's one which I'd like to share:
Once I snook up a skyscraper in New York after a wild storm in which the clouds had turned green.

To do so I acted like I lived in the building to fool security (which worked to my surprise). I took the elevator to the 34th floor, walked up 5 more stairs and ended up in a deserted attic where at the end of it was a door. When I opened that door the Brooklyn bridge and a million of lights lit up the evening sky which had the most amazing colors due to the green-ish clouds in the distance and the evening sun bursting through.

And even though this story might sound cheesy, it is exactly how I want my life to look like: By following an impulsive thought to find your night to have given an unexpected turn :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very interested in the connection to the body. A lot of people are scared to dance, because they think it won't look the way it's supposed to, but dancing is just a manner of discovering your *own* movements, your *own* fun. It's a matter of being mindful and not judging your dancing partner: you!

I can also teach you partner dance like salsa, Bachata and the basis of Tango.
