ABOUT ME

I take each day as it comes, try and avoid too many plans, being spontaneous seems to work a whole lot better for me :) I am pretty happy- my overly optimistic attitude has often left me in the rain without a coat but hey it just makes the warmth at the end even better, I love to smile and laugh and will love people that make me happy, can’t wait to meet you mysterious couch surfer… :D

Interests

Travelling especially meeting the amazing people I've met along the way :)
My other interests include textiles making my own clothes Music- I would love to be able to say I had musical talent but I don’t this though I think is why I appreciate music so much and have so much respect for everyone who is able to do anything musical. Swimming- anywhere, anytime I love to go for a swim, best on a ridiculously hot day, or in a rain storm. Op-shopping/ garage sales- finding treasures in other peoples junk.

Music, Movies, and Books

There’s no way I would be able to say one kind of music, because I love all kinds of music in different situations, yodelling and accordion in a guest house in the mountains of Tyrol was amazing, jigging to an Irish band at a beach party was so much fun, relaxing to indie music, dancing to cha-chas or the most recent hip hop, or singing along to old hits. Every kind of music has a perfect time and place where I love to hear it.

If a book makes me laugh or cry, generally that means I loved it! And the same goes for movies. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

When you are little your parents tell you never to talk to strangers, I wouldn’t be who I am today if I had ever listened to my parents; (on that matter) Talk to strangers on trains or planes or anywhere- there’s nothing to lose (you would have only been staring out the window instead) and there is so much to be gained, so why not?
