About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish my doctoral thesis! On Maori and Samoan literatures written in English. And accomplish my RTW trip! DONE I want more ;)

ABOUT ME

Easy going, eager to know other people and cultures. Love traveling, cinema, literature and languages! Also music (ethnic, world, Celtic... new age, dream, vocal trance). I have had the opportunity of traveling around the world and the more you see the more you realize how much is there to discover! After living in Aotearoa-New Zealand for a while (where I discovered the wonderful world of CS) I am now based between Barcelona (for work) and my home town, Tarragona (close to Barcelona)... whenever I'm not travelling!

PHILOSOPHY

To discover the impossible you have to step forward from the possible...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Intercultural studies is my field ;) and I am eager to let you know my place in exchange of your experiences around the world.
I am developing a project with pictures of all the CSurfers I am meeting and my plan is to create a webpage with all the trips and how good CS has been so far: it has definitely changed my way of traveling and even of perceiving life!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I have surfed some couches by now and they have been great experiences so far! I have hosted as well even previous to my discovering of CS: I invited a pair of Canadians when they lost their last train from Tarragona to Barcelona and the experience was excellent(my Japanese friend was also at home so we had great fun together going to the beach and cooking).

Interests

Photography, travel, cooking, languages, indigenous cultures.
