Resumen
Sobre mí
I am mostly willing to host someone when I am out of town as long as you don't mind sharing space with, and taking care of a cat. I might be able to host you when I am in town as well, just depending on my schedule during that time.
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - Sarah Frances Brown
I am like an onion- lots of layers- I'll try not to make you cry though

Música, películas y libros
* Books - non-fiction primarily but dabble in fluff in between. I love reading about human behavior, mindfulness, and neuroscience. Find me on Goodreads. :) I am currently reading Oliver Sacks autobiography On The Move. One of the last books I read was "Wild Trees" by Richard Preston and I highly recommend it. You will never look at trees the same. I have it here for you to read during your stay.
* Music - Jeff Buckley’s version of "Hallelujah" makes me stop in my tracks every time. "I'd Love To Change The World" by Ten Years After is one of my all time favorite songs. Classic Rock is my jam and most regularly listened to genre, but I listen to all kinds of music.
* Shows - I love Seinfeld, Friends, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Flight of the Conchords, although I don't watch any regularly.
* Movies - Favorites of the last several years have been - Can You Dig This, Fantastic Fungi, Ford vs. Ferrari, JoJo Rabbit, RBG (RIP), Lady Bird, Crazy Rich Asians, Searching, Leave No Trace, and Three Identical Strangers. I especially love documentaries. Learning is good.
*Food/Lifestyle - I'm a liberation-for-all vegan, and have been since 2007. I love to cook vegan food for people, even if they don’t usually eat that way. I enjoy going out to eat as well - maybe a little too much! My favorite cuisines are Indian, Middle Eastern/Lebanese, and Ethiopian or West African.

Enseña, aprende, comparte
I could teach someone how to say the alphabet backwards, I would learn anything that sounded interesting or seems useful, and I share high fives and hugs like nobodies business. :)
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
I have lots of energy (in a good and not annoying way), good stories, and spontaneity - I like to do all kinds of things and am usually up for any adventure or experience.
I can also bring ya something from Portland - Soy curls? Aardvark hot sauce? Something weird?
