ABOUT ME

I'm just going to put something down here quick and try and come back to it later. At the moment I am an intern at Russell Cave National Monument and I don't have personal internet access there so I'm at a nearby town sitting at a Krystals browsing the nets.

I just graduated from college and I guess I'm still figuring things out (like everyone I suppose). I'm really excited to me traveling, I've never been in this part of the country before, and I'm excited to be working on the project I am. I'm hoping to get to explore some of the cities as well as the other national parks in the area while I'm here, and if maybe go caving to.

But none of that is really about me. It is all about how I relate to my current situation. If you really want to get into the extensional mess of who I am or who you are or who we are let's do that some other time.

PHILOSOPHY

(bad question. Ok how about...)
-I think therefore I am.
-It's all pretty much guess work from there.
-There is only the one.
-There is no one.
-The Truth lies in contradiction.
-There is only everything.
-Everything that happens happens.
-I can not verify my experience but must move foreword to the best of my ability with my experience because it is all I have.
-I will die
-Life is suffering
-This is beautiful
-There is no objective basis for value or morals
-this is the only condition in which morality is possible.
-we must walk the knives edge between what we are able to reason and what we can not reason. What makes us human is our rational capacity but what makes us people is our irrational capacity.
-There are no certainties we must navigate an ever changing world according to what we think is best.
-There are better and worse solutions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I just started. At the moment I would like to use this community to find some cool people to hang out with in Chattanooga and some other places, and maybe find a place to crash when I visit. It's really boring out here at the park so I would like to get out. I would also like to host and I suppose I could I don't know how the NPS would feel about it since I'm living in there house. Once I get my own place again though I will certainly be opening it to fellow surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a number of friends who either surf or host or both, mostly host, and I've hung out with a few of their surfers.
