Hey, there! I'm Oihane. I've been living abroad for some years (Germany, Hungary, Scotland) but recently I'm back in my home town. Everytime I can though, I keep on travelling and discovering new places and people.
I consider myself an open-minded and easy going person who enjoys good conversation, especially if it's about other cultures, social issues or politics! I am a curious person, always keen on learning new things, and love to share my passions and find out others'. I am quite adventurous, love to be out in the nature, hiking, biking or just BBQ-ing with friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have realised that the thing that makes my trip especial is the people I encounter on the way. Couchsurfing is the best way of meeting locals, new people with interesting lifes and stories to tell which gives me the real taste of every place I go and it is personally enriching.

Interests

I love hanging out with friends, traveling, reading, playing basketball, hiking... and in general learning new things! Lately playing guitar is my goal, but tomorrow it will be something else.

I cannot choose just one! Rafting in Victoria Falls, slept in a tent in the wild in Botswana, experienced Kumb Mela gathering in Allahabad, New Year's Eve in Vegas, pilgrimage in Kumano Kodo (Japan)...
