I heard of this site from a friend of mine which travels a lot and she recommends "Couchsurfing". First of all I love to travel and meet new people unfortunately most lodgings are quite pricey in most countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wouldn't call this amazing but definitely not something to be proud of...

I fell asleep on an aircraft for 2 mins on route from Malacca, Malaysia to Johor, Malaysia. Yes, I was piloting the aircraft at the moment. No, there was no one else on board.
