Hello! My name is Alisa, I'm 26 and I live in Rostov-on-Don. I love traveling (some of the photos from trips are on my profile) and I like people who are opened to peace and communication. I rent an apartment with my brother and boyfriend, we are all addicted to music, play musical instruments and will be glad to musicians in our city. I love to read, so at my place you can find many interesting books in Russian and other languages. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to share my cultural experience with people and get new knowledge and skills from them. Therefore, I am ready to host guests and I will be glad if someone can accommodate me on one of my trips around the world. Of course, I will not dissemble, I would like to travel more economically, so couchsurfing is an ideal accommodation option when traveling. But for my part, I am ready to help travelers spend time in Rostov-on-Don as economically as possible. In addition to accommodation, I will help find inexpensive and interesting places in my city, and if possible I will arrange a short excursion :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the most different music, but basically these are different directions of rock. I especially like 80s music.
I prefer classical literature: Remarque, Dreiser, Zola, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy. Books of all these authors can be found at my place and get acquainted with their work too :)
My favorite director is Wes Anderson. I love everything he takes off. But I also like TV shows. The most beloved is the Office.

I am ready to tell a lot about Russia, our culture, national food, and cultural heritage. If someone is interested in talking about politics or religion, this is not for me, unfortunately I'm not interested :)
I will also be glad to tell you about the experience of my travels, I can recommend what to visit and where to stay in those cities where I visited, in Russia and other countries.
But in general, with pleasure, support any topic for conversation :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am fond of cooking, so I would gladly cook European, Asian, Caucasian or national Russian food. You`ll just fall in love with my borsch, I promise :)))

I am also ready to help with cleaning rooms. I can glue the wallpaper :)
