Off to Canada - Big White here i come for winter!!

ABOUT ME

Hmmm, Im pretty easygoing and laidback....but like everyone, i have my moments. I like a laugh and sometimes i do stupid shit, not bad stupid...just stupid. I think im a good leader, dont take that as being bossy, cause im not. umm, i guess i'll have to think of more later.
Love summer, going to the beach, chillin in my backyard relaxing in my hammock...love it, few drinks with my mates, whatever. Got a bit of a passion for cooking, cant say that im quite a master chef yet, far from it, but i love new tastes and trying to make new dishes...oh, and chilli, nice. Yeah, and im one of those weird vegatarians..hah, actually, im not weird...was kinda born into it.

What else? In the last 18 months ive just had a huge life spin around, threw away an excellent paying job and security to focus on the things that i love and enjoy doing. Decided that your better off being happy, cause we cant take anything with us in the end can we? So...ive done a little traveling, done a little partying, met a few new people and had a LOT of new experiences and seen some pretty cool stuff along the way.

Next off - im off to work as a liftie in the snow at Mt Buller for the season...something that ive always wanted to do. Then if all goes to plan, Canada at the end of the year

PHILOSOPHY

Love life, we all choose our own path and the direction we wanna take in life. Get out and have fun, have no regrets and remember...mistakes are there to be made, we all learn through mistakes. Friends...they mean a lot to me (they should mean a lot to everyone) cause your true mates will always be there for ya. Oh, and dont forget about your family, you can never have to much love for your family.
Last but not least - might sound a little corny, but - What goes around, comes around.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I donated...does that count?? Once ive done some travelling next yeah, maybe i could do a little volunteering for the project somewhere, not sure what i could offer at this stage though...mainly cause my couch cant be surfed atm as im back with the oldies in a small country town bout an hour from Melbourne.

But im happy to meet up with people if they want to go for a few drinks and some nightlife.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So, ive hosted a few couchsurfers now....they've all been Germans (funny that) oh, apart from 2 Austrian girls that we had. Ive had a ball, great to get to know some new people, make some new friends...note to self: Maybe 5 couchsurfers + 6 people living in the house is a little to many. lol. Have loved that everyone has really loved (well, seemed to) experiencing what its like to live/stay with a bunch of wild cats from Melbourne. So....who's couch am i gunna stay on now???

Interests

Socialising with my friends. Getting out loving life, having fun and partying. Cars and Motorcycles, i guess anything with an engine strapped to it. Oh, and my gokart, its tons of fun. I used to love to paint and draw, havent done much for ages though i would really love to get back into it. Cooking, better throw that in there..Oh and now that im going to the snow for the season, Snowboarding, yes an old passion that has just been brought back into my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - Enjoy anything. Drama, action, comedy....whatever.
Music - Beats....Gotta love the beats. Commercial, House, a little energy, hardstyle. Otherwise, pub bands and a little rock, but i just like listening to anything really.
Books - Read a few, but takes me a while to find a good one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving......that was unbelievable right there. Was totally unreal, an amazing feeling. Traveling across Europe...all the sights and places that are so different to Australia, and the amazing people that i met.

Teach, Learn, Share

Id love to learn to speak different languages other than english. Dont have a particular one, any will do.
I'll have to think of what i can teach you, i know i can help you have a good time during your stay, take you out in the city to a few bars, clubs or pubs. Does that count???
