ABOUT ME

I was born in previous century, in country which no longer exists. I grew up by the Baltic sea, so sandy beach, sun, vastness of sea and flaming sunset is my understanding of freedom and happiness.
I am currently a student (Virginia Tech).
I am very friendly. I love to travel and I love people. An exile on a desert island would be my maximum punishment :) Anything is fun to me if it is possible to share the joy.
I'm fascinated by conversations and stories - I believe that it is possible to get to know person's personality listening their way of telling stories (content sometimes is irrelevant). Sometimes traveler is wiser than professors.
I'm fascinated by culture and its diversity . In my ideal world there would be no boundaries .
I believe in God, but I do not follow any religion .
If I had to choose , which of the gods of Mount Olympus I would like to be , I choose to be a Hermes or Dionysus .

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been backpacking a bit. Usually I've been staying in hostels (I love hostel atmosphere), set my tent in bushes or crush on some friends couch, I have no CS experience so far. I am really eager to explore this opportunity. I've heard only good stories about this, and my inspiration to try this out comes from very dear friend of mine (with a huge CS experience).
