About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm out to see everything. Do everything. We only get one life, and I plan on living mine up!

ABOUT ME

I don't know what to say. I'm going to be in Europe for two months, which is huge and terribly exciting for me!

I love life. I'm pretty laid back. The pic of me and Ronald is kinda my favorite thing ever. What a cool clown!

I'm a traveling artist at the moment. I'm touring Europe drawing and painting anything I can. I hope to fill a few sketchbooks in my time across the pond! I don't know what else to say...

PHILOSOPHY

We only get one life. ONE. So take the chances and forget the risks. It doesn't matter what others say or think; regrets and fears are tedious and meaningless.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couchsurfed through this site. I couchsurf with friends, but we called them 'sleepovers', or 'passing out'....

Interests

I'm a costume designer at a university in St. Louis. I collect fabric, books and hats. I love playing my Wii or watching tv. I try to read a lot (a recent study shows that half of Americans didn't read a book last year, and that is really very frightening.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I designed an entire period show a few months ago. My body is still recovering from that. I never knew until I was in the middle of it just how much work is put into historical plays.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyone is an artist. You honestly can do anything you believe. If you think you can't, then you won't.

I'm reading a book that everyone should read: 'How to Think Like Leonardo di Vinci'. It's amazing. It basically says that anything is possible if you believe it. It teaches you how to live like Leonardo, which is just amazing. He is one of my top three heroes.
