About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Appreciating each day and to always learn something new

ABOUT ME

I consider myself a musical, creative person who likes to laugh and have a good time with friends. I care about people and am very lucky to know some great friends. I want to travel and speak different languages and I feel this is something I would like to do a lot in my life.

PHILOSOPHY

The power of humanity, that is, to accept a person as they are without looking at race, religion, sexual orientation, or status, is something fundamental that I believe in. A good person is a good person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I strongly believe in the merit of Couchsurfing and will certainly try to host people when I have my own place. One of the best experiences I had couchsurfing was with Okan and Gökhan because I arrived in Istanbul with no job and nowhere to go and they hosted me for about 10 days until I found a job and a place to live.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing one of my favourite bands, Beirut, in this 2000-year-old Théâtre Antique in Arles was a really great moment.

I remember sitting on a rooftop in Istanbul listening to two friends playing and singing folk songs on the bağlama under the night sky.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook pretty well. I am a musician who can play many instruments: guitar, piano, accordion, drums. I really like talking to people and meeting interesting characters, and also to learn other languages.
