ABOUT ME:
I am currently 23 years old and living in Maastricht, the Netherlands. I spend the last three years traveling mainly through Europe, North America and South East Asia but have many more countries (note: any country in the world) on my list! I am currently in Maastricht to finish my last years of studies before taking of the next long trip in 2017, to where? Well I change my mind about that every week so we'll see! Always up for a new adventure, especially the ones that will take me a bit out of my comfort zone!

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

Whilst I have never tried or participated in couch surfing before I hope to change that in the beginning of 2016 while traveling through the US. I plan to open up my room to fellow couch surfers as soon as I am back and settled in the Netherlands.

By making friends during previous travels, and visit them in their countries and cities I have discovered that a city is much more than just tourist attractions when seen through somebody that is living there. I hope that via couch surfing I can have this same experience as I've had with many of my friends I have visited before!

Moreover, I believe couch surfing is a great way to meet people with the same mindsets, openness and willingness to share. I have no doubt it will leave me with many more great friends and wonderful stories.

Some of my highlights of the last 3,5 years of traveling:
- Backpacked through Europe in 2013 through 9 countries and 11 cities.
- Backpacked through South East Asia for 4 months in 2015.
- Drove a motorbike (Honda Win) through the North of Vietnam.
- Saw the sun set in Bagan, Myanmar.
- Awed at Angkor Wat.
- Had some delicious pizza in Venice, Italy.
- Saw the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain.
- Made many amazing people whilst traveling.
- Moved to Montreal for 4 months.
- Climbed Bangkok's ghost tower.
- Got my Open Water on Koh Tao, Thailand.

I can teach you some Dutch words, sentences (, curse words) and teach you about the country I have been born and raised which is more than just bicycles, cheese and weed ;) Moreover, I have a bit of photography skills and lightroom skills that I could teach you.
