ABOUT ME

I love to travel. My first goal was 50 by 50, all 50 states before I turned 50. Completed that 2 weeks before my 50th birthday. My new goal is 7 by 70. All 7 continents before I turned 70. I love to see new places, meet new people and explore new cultures. I also have a goal of visiting every National Park in the US.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to stay stuck in one place, and the world is the ultimate playground. Every journey is an opportunity to learn, grow, and laugh. It’s about embracing the chaos, the joy, and the serendipity that come from stepping outside of your comfort zone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I traveled through Alaska CS, my nephew and I stayed with some great people on the east coast, my niece and I stayed with some amazing people in Ohio and I have had several wonderful people stay with me. I LOVE it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love staying with locals and learning about the area. I just don't want to see the sights, I want to experience the people, culture, and food.
