I am a parent and social activist who represent vulnerable community with disabilities/ Thumbs Up- Uganda a community Based Organisation operated in the three districts in Northern Uganda (Gulu, Amuru, Nwoya), we train Youth, Children and Parents of children with disabilities on basic skills of managing living conditions.
THUMBS Up Uganda wants to change the mindset of society in regards to children with disabilities
