ABOUT ME

I am a 26 year old girl who is studying to become a chef ( I am on my senior year) and I live in both Guatemala and Naples Florida because I have family on both places. I am adventurous but responsible, a little shy but out going as soon as I get comfortable and also very respectful. I love to cook for other people, I love sports and doing cultural activities, such as going to the museums or to art galleries, I am a big fan of jazz and I love pretty much any activity that all teach me something new and constructive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently looking to stay for a few days in San Francisco because I was able to get a really really amazing opportunity as an INTERN in a local restaurant that is one of the best in the world, I would be staying only a few days because I would be looking for a room to rent for the next 3-4 months because of this internship. I am hoping to meet nice and normal people who perhaps could give me some advice on how to find the right spot and also who I can become friends with.

Interests

I love to travel, I think its the best way to learn and get to know different cultures and traditions, I love music specially Jazz but my favorite thing to do is to COOK, is my one true passion and is what I am studying for right now, my wish is to become a michelin chef some day and have the first michelin restaurant in my country :). I love meeting interesting people and learning from them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled alone to Italy and get lost and found myself :)
doing hang gliding on my birthday.
Doing bungee jumping and I am also a rescue diver.
start a new life in another country.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach someone a little bit of my traditional food, and to learn spanish, I would love to learn more italian and french. I would love to share more experiences on positive things.
