ABOUT ME

Inbal (my soulmate and partner) and I are free spirits, open and loving, enjoy people and animals. We joyfully travel through life and enjoy my kids Guy (28,M) and Gali (35,F). I am a proud Grandpa for Romy(was born Sept 2008), Amit (was born Dec. 2010) and Omri (was born April 2014).
Since 1995 I was managing voluntarily the Israeli NPO "INSIGHT", part of a global organization for self awareness and personal growth seminars.
I wholehartedly recommend it to anyone looking to live a happier, more effective, life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since joining in Jan 2007 we had the pleasure to surf in Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, Portugal and USA and have people surf with us from Germany, France, Austria, South Africa, Poland, Finland, UK, Canada, Norway, Latvia, Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, South Korea, Bulgaria, Portugal, Argentina and USA. I see this as one way of creating more loving on the planet, and tell all my friends to enter CS and see if it might be "for them".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Being part of the global INSIGHT family, we always stay with friends (even those we did not know before) when we travel, so the idea of CS was not foreighn to us. Nevertheless we found CS to be just as much fun and a great way to expand our circle of friends on the globe.
When I think of CS and INSIGHT I recall RUMI's words:
"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there"

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

In 1995 I took my first Insight Seminar. It has made a huge change in my outlook on life, my attitudes, personal effectiveness and self image.
Now, 16 years later, I am still involved as a volunteer (I am a director in the Israeli organization) and can only say - DO IT ! It is not only a refreshing and balancing experience but also a key to living your life fully and from the heart.
Opening my heart in the seminar hasa lot to do with my choice to get involved in CS. I think there is a similarity - Loving, Openness, Trust - If you have that with yourself it is easy to give it to others.
