About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Dare to trust, live to learn and love to live. Sounds good right?
ABOUT ME
I like to ask overly-personal questions to strangers, both to get an interesting response and to cut through facades. Sometimes cynical, sometimes childishly naive. My humor is somewhat dry but I'm a softy at heart. I also think it's fair to say I'm pretty mature and self-aware. I take relationships seriously so I always try to do my best by people. I'm a weird combination of shy and forward: I hate approaching strangers but I'll tell my life's story to the first person who asks with sincere interest. I savor cheesy novels without shame and wish that being blindingly white was still in style. I don't believe in secrets and I don't lie. I've known pain and have grown from it; I've known love, and it's a lot like pain ;). Along those lines, I can't live just to have fun, but I see no reason not to have fun while I'm figuring out how best to live. I'm very easy-going and am always looking for a something good to do (especially games, sports and outdoor adventures)!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travel wise, I've watched the sun rise from atop Mt. Haleakala, a volcano in Maui and then biked down the mountain through the clouds. On the same trip I've hiked to almost-private waterfalls. On a different note, I met a person at a bus stop that looked like it had bullet-holes through it and decided to go to my first and only rave in the middle of the night with them. That's about as brave/stupid as I get. Oh, and I learned to SCUBA off the Great Barrier Reef. AW-SOME.
