About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Continue to fall in love with Philadelphia.
ABOUT ME
I am pretty new to Philadelphia. I am an americorps member, working in a high school as a Literacy Support Specialist.
Other than that, I love learning about most everything. Animals, evolution, and physics are my favorites and I have a lot of curiosity about objects. I tinker with shit--often. I'm also happy in a wide variety of social situations, assuming I am with people I like and trust and want to find people that like all of them.
I am not super masculine, but not femmy nor androgynous. Also gender / feminist theory and well criticisms of all them -isms are where its at for me. I strive to be happy and truthful in my interactions with the world.
I can kinda cook, sadly I've got more knowledge than experience and motivation. I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but eat a lot of that by default. Books are great, so is sci-fi and the occasional computer game. But chess beats all of 'em. Some things I'd like to be better at / more committed to include biking and gardening. Dancing is endless fun, I know I am not good, but have confidence I am not bad either.
PHILOSOPHY
A nice blend of physics, evolution, nature, feminism, non-hierarchical organization, and honesty. I also kinda favor primitivism as an unrealisitic ideal.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed twice but not hosted. I am hoping to do so in the near future.
