About Me
2019 - After a decade of travel I finally fell in love and bought a house and all that adult lifestyle sorta thing.
Hope to bring the travelling community to me here here in the Comox Valley.
2015- I have been travelling for about ten years now covering Canada, the USA, Europe, the UK, New Zealand and South East Asia and China. I really love the challenge of communicating with people where language barriers exist.
2010- These mountains changed my life. I love exploring them using my own physical body… hiking/ rock climbing of all sorts. Skiing (Alpine and Touring)… started Ice climbing last winter and turns out I like it far more then I expected. Summer is awesome and all but winter here is outstanding. Rockies life <3
These mountains are not to be underestimated; they are scary and falling apart and require a great deal of patience and respect. They will teach you, humble you, quiet your mind and settle your soul. Whatever it is that you are seeking you could find it here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am fascinated with worldly culture, tradition, languages and cuisine.
Throughout my travels I have been moved by the help and generosity of strangers and pass it on at every opportunity.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
From hosting to surfing to advice and insight or random hook ups for a hike or night out every experience has been a positive one.
Let me know what you want to do and I can certainly point you in the right direction. I know these mountains pretty well and have a pretty wonderful group of friends who are equally passionate.
Interests
Being physically active and healthy eating habits (though uninhibited exploration of local cuisine a must!).
Yoga and rock climbing is pretty much the most important aspect of my life. I feel yoga and climbing go together in perfect harmony.
I like to spend endless days walking and camping through the the backcountry.
I love volunteering through WWOOF.
Music of course; Drum and Bass, Electronic, Acoustic, Jazz, Hip - Hop, Alternative, Indie, Instrumental, Soul,
Worldly sounds; Tibetan mantras or Mongolian throat singing....
Drumming circles and jam sessions. Lets play :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Lots of music and books, less movies... I have not owned a TV in about 12+ years.
