ABOUT ME
I don't really like putting myself in a box, so I'll answer any question you ask. But here's a short list to get you started:
I play electric violin. And acoustic violin.
I love books.
I sing all the time.
I like listening to opera while I do homework
Nothing beats live theater.
I only drive my car when walking, riding my bike, or taking the bus/train isn't an option.
Rain is my favorite kind of weather.
I feel totally at peace when I'm camping and I'm lying in my tent late at night and all I can hear is the wind or the trees or the animals...
There's a disco ball hanging in my kitchen.
I'm a vegetarian.
I'm a writer.
I buy all my food from the Farmer's Market, the Food Co-Op, and a small Asian Market.
PHILOSOPHY
The more I know, the more questions I have

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like all kinds of music: classical, bluegrass, classic rock & roll, showtunes, acoustic, klezmer, opera, some country, some hip hop, and other random stuff like folk songs.
Movies: Touch of Pink, RENT, Pride and Prejudice, While You Were Sleeping, Benny and Joon, Pretty in Pink, The Man From Snowy River, Little Women, Once, Fiddler on the Roof, Walk The Line
Books: I'll read anything and everything as long as it's well-written.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living in the mountains for six months.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can give you some violin or French lessons if you're so inclined, and I can bake you bread, cookies, pie, or almost anything else.
I'm a writer and if you'd like to read some of my stuff and critique it for me I'd love to learn what you think of it. I'm also game to learn anything else you're willing to bring to the table. The only way we grow is to learn new things.
I'll share cooking good vegetarian food, and if you're a fellow musician we can share some good music.
