Hi, I'm Fabian. I'm 25 and live in Heidelberg, Germany's fairytale town - not only for tourists. It's really liveable here. Despite that, I enjoy travelling a lot and always keep open towards possibilities for doing so. Besides that, I'm into sports, cooking, culture (I'm studying Cultural Anthropology) and DJing which I regularly do in the clubs of my city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On my travels, I always aim to get to know the people as well, not only the country. That's why I am on Couchsurfing - I see it as a great way to meet like-minded people across the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm listening to almost everything across the board, really. Many different electronic artists (Alle Farben, Don Diablo, Tom Budin...) but also Rap (currently Rick Ross), Drum & Bass (Fox Stevenson, Camo & Krooked etc.), Rock (Wombats, Johnossi) and other things as well.
I'm not watching many movies right now but I'm addicted to Game of Thrones. Besides that, I tend to spontaneously check out other series as well. My current unexpected favourite: Catastrophe.
Whenever I travel I start to read books. At home, not so much except the things that are required to be read for university. When I went to Cambodia in January I found "The Count of Monte Cristo" in a guesthouse on the beach. It was a great read!
