I am headed to Santa Barbara for my 3rd writer's conference.

ABOUT ME

I am pretty nice, extremely respectful, quiet at times, and people describe me as just being Brian. I love great conversations and ask a lot of questions to stimulate the mind once I get to make friends with someone.
I have done stand up comedy, written 14 kids books, traveled through Europe (London, Amsterdam, Monte Carlo, Switzerland, Paris). I love hiking in Vail and spending time with my family there.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have opened my home to some nice folks. They all have been different, yet very rewarding. I learned how to surf (in the ocean) better from some and to go out to places in my area that I wouldn't think of going to. It has opened my eyes up to seeing and experiencing a life of hopefully more travel to come. Some of the other places that I have been able to go to is Israel, Jamaica, and Mexico.
