About Me

CURRENT MISSION

It's a biking season and I'm a biking maniac. You can love me or run me over.

ABOUT ME

Cheeky big monkey. That's what my primary school teacher used to call me.

And it may still hold true, even though I am not 10 anymore, but also not 104 as my profile claims, I just forgot where can I change my age in CS system. No, you don't have to tell me.

In reality, I look much worse than on the picture. I have a sense of humour, it is of Slovakian kind which means that not everybody understands it. At least that's what my non-Slovakian friends say, but some of them are pretty dumb.

I am a dedicated traveller, I am also addicted to riding my bicycle and some other silly things, reading the books among others.

Me and my girlfriend have visited quite a number of places of this beautiful world and we are definitely not done with it yet.
If you like travelling, don't take yourself too seriously, and are passionate about the things you do, I am sure we will have a lot to talk about.

I'm a vegetarian and I like good food. Actually, a lot of it. I can cook pretty well but then the others have to clean the dishes :)

This is our journey through the colors of this world:

visited 52 states (23.1%)More at our website happy2travel.eu

PHILOSOPHY

I do not know any answer to questions about life, feelings, thoughts, etc. In this matter, I believe in human instincts and intuition.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned about the existence of Couchsurfing during our trip around South America.
Since then, we have bothered quite a few couchsurfers with our presence, visited all the couchsurfing gatherings from Ushuaia near Antarctica to China.
Now, back to old good Europe, we are happy to host people wherever we live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Meeting people via Couchsurfing is the most amazing experience you can get in every country of this beautiful and colourful world.

Attractions and museums are cool, but get boring with time. People - never! That's why the best memories and most interesting stories come from them - and that's why we travel this way.

I'm also a member of Hospitality Club; not very active, though.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer reading books over anything else (apart from riding bicycle) and read a lot, both fiction and non-fiction. I find it pretty difficult to choose some titles over others without the urge to update the list every month :)
Just ask when we meet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen a cow being born on Aran Islands, Ireland.
The rest of the most important things in my life are probably too ridiculous to be shared.
