I am a lover of budget travel, and with living on a pension find that I must spend my travel money wisely. I also am interested in meeting new people whether it be while traveling, or hosting people to a budget stay in my place of residence in B. C.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My budget does not allow me, as a single traveler, to stay in hotels every night. I also like meeting locals or part time locals and learning more in depth information about my area, and possibly making new friends from the experience.

Stood with my feet on both sides of the Equator...well, I thought it was cool anyhow. Toured on a boat off the south tip of Tasmania. Crewed on a boat in the Caribbean for months. Ok, that's three.
