ABOUT ME

I love traveling, exploring new places, meeting new people, and learning more about this ridiculous planet. I teach high school biology and chemistry, coach cross country and track & field, and take kids on outdoor education trips. When I'm not at school I like to have drinks with friends and do fun things outdoors like run/hike and surf.

there's so much magic in this world. i'm just trying to expose myself to as much of it as I can and add mine to the mix.

I have hosted people a few times in the past and had amazing experiences. I'm looking forward to doing more of this now that I have settled into a place of my own with a couch to share!

Well, I just finished The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles and it was awesome. My ipod is stuck on The Cat Empire at the moment, and I really enjoyed "Babies".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with Whale Sharks in the Sea of Cortes last month. It was amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

i like to get wild in nature, and have some experience doing so. i love art and science. i'm also definitely on the lookout for people who want to share the Spanish and English laguages. but i'm also open to ANYTHING, so let's just meet and see what happens!
