I think that it is a very great way to meet new people, to improve language skills and to discover other cultures and ideas, minds. I really don't like to visit a country as a tourist who takes a lot of photos. I would rather meet a cool local people I can hang out with and who can show me around, show different untouristic places but which are even greater.
