Each name is believed to predetermine its owner’s development. My parents called me ‘Oksana’ which means ‘a foreigner’ from Greek. I think there is something in this сoincidence :)

In order to absorb how a nation lives and thinks besides relying on films, books or Internet communication one should be surrounded by native speakers, so should I. Participating in Work and Travel program in 2014 provided me with a means of being abroad, earning a living, meeting quite singular individuals, becoming a well-travelled and outgoing person.

On returning after my trip to the USA it turned out I was not satisfied with what had already been achieved, moreover I was determined to go on travelling around Japan, England, China, and who knows what other places I will manage to visit. I do like what I have seen and read, and I am curious about quite how the reality corresponds with the world depicted on book pages.

AND NOW I AM GOING TO CHINA FOR A YEAR! :)
