ABOUT ME

I am an optimistic artist-illustrator living and working in Groningen, the Netherlands. I moved to Groningen from Ukraine in 2006 and finished Master program of Dutch Culture at the university of Groningen in 2007. Same year I got my Master diploma of English and Dutch languages and literature from Kiev university. It was a crazy year! :) Since graduating I've changed my path to a more creative one and became a freelance illustrator specializing on illustrations for children.

I have a wonderful husband Alex who is doing his PhD in physics at the university of Gronigen. Together we love traveling, photography and meeting great people!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a fatalist to some extend and I believe that everything I do gives me something positive...So I hope that this project will bring something fresh and good in my life.

Surfing, hosting and participating in the CS events

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My husband and I hand many great experiences with Couch Surfing while hosting people at our place in Groningen, surfing in Italy and Poland, and taking part in a couple of CS events in Groningen and Germany. Hope to get a lot of great experience with CS in the future! :)

I admire a film 'Ameli'. I've been studying literature for many years so the list of the books I like is endless...I like nice music that fits my mood (which can differ from time to time;)
