I am a Budapest based student and I travel sometimes. Neither a babbler nor a withdrawn person.

Weekdays: Only after 7 pm and next day until 9.30 am. Because I have to leave the house early morning.
Weekends: After 4 pm

But it depends of course. Just let me know in advance...

I expect respect to the house rules from my guests, as every host. What are they?

- To read and confirm the house rules.
- To use the paid services economically (gas, water and electricity)
- To keep the shower clean
- Not to leave your trash behind.
- Not to leave dirty clothes, boxers, socks or any other inconvenient stuff in a commonplace.
- Not to leave dishes behind.
- People who respect the rules and accept these beforehand, more than welcome.

I don’t charge anything for hosting but I will ask for 2 euros per person, per day for using communal services such as electricity, gas, and water. :) Because I am a student and I pay for communal services from my own budget.
